All of our products are delivered by us in the original manufacturer packaging. In most cases some assembly is required. If at any time, if you have questions about an item you have purchased simply give us a call. We're always here to help.
If for any reason you receive any defective or cosmetic blemished merchandise please call us with-in 72 hours of the date the item or items were delivered. All items must be put back in the original manufacturer packaging the same way they were received.
Once you have reported the defective item a JM Decor and More representative will schedule a time to replace or exchange the item or items you have purchased.
We only deliver to Southern California Residents.
We offer FREE DELIVERY in Orange County, Los Angeles and Riverside areas. Some restrictions apply. If you are outside this area let us know so we can give you a delivery quote. If you are unsure if you qualify for free delivery call our office at 1.800.414.6446.
Most of our customers receive their purchase 3-4 days from the time the order was placed. Please keep in mind that the item you purchase may need to be transferred from another warehouse which may or may not require additional time.
All unassembled items must be returned or exchanged in the original manufacturer packaging the same way they were received.
Any defective or damaged items must be reported within 72 hours from the time of delivery.
An in-store credit will be given for the amount of item purchased which can be applied to anything else in our store. A twenty percent restocking fee will be applied to any items returned. All orders canceled after 24 hours of the time purchased will be subject to a fifty dollar cancellation fee. All television sales are final and are covered by a 90 day warranty.
